| Our Nature has become one of the central and most important issues in our society. Environmental protection, climate change and natural disaster, to name a few, are constantly discussed around us. Did human-hand change the nature around us so rapidly during the past 50 years or is it the constantly recurring course of time? Our environment shows us stunning moments of time which we admire and cannot forget. This is the reason why our magazine NATURFOTO (NATURE PHOTO) wants to focus on these nature spectactles and wonders of nature in a special competition. |

Each region of the world has its very own nature phenomenon: sandstorms in Africa, the polar lights at the North Pole, hurricans in the sea and summer storms in Germany. The animal kingdom is full of an astonishing diversity, worth to be captured: a swarm of migratory birds on its way south, a brown bear in Norway hunting for salmon in a river or a spider´s web full of dew on a balcony. The wonders of nature start right outside of your house! Take your camera and capture the most beautiful moments for this competition. |

How you contribute images to the competition:
If you are not a member of PantherMedia yet, you have to join our community first (standard membership). This is free of charge. Please register or learn more about our memberships. We have also got a demo-tour to assist you during your registration.
Just click here and you can directly upload your image for the contest. Therefore, please log in first. Alternatively, click on "image upload" in "MyPanther" and choose "contest".

- Every photographer can rate the images as soon as the contest is closed for uploads (July 31st).
- Every image can only be rated once by every photographer.
- Our Photographers rate the best 30 images.
- It is possible that several images have the same amount of ratings.
- Our image editing team checks the images on quality and legal standards.
- The jury of NATURFOTO has the final word and will announce the winners.
- Reasons for disqualification:
- Images without model and property releases (if necessary).
- Please upload the MR or PR together with your image. If you are new at PantherMedia, please read our Photoupload Guide.

- Deadline is the last day of the month at the time of 11:59 pm, if not communicated otherwise.
- All images are announced for public voting on the first business day of the following month.
Images:
- Every contributor can participate with more than one, but only different images. Only one image per contributor can win. PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD IMAGE SERIES!
- Images that have already been published at panthermedia.net are not allowed.
- Do not upload images for the competition and the photocommunity simultaneously during the contest. This also applies for similar pictures, which clearly stem from the same shooting session.
- After the competition, the images are automatically transferred to the stock agency.
- Copyright notes or other photographer related information is strictly forbidden.
- The images will be displayed anonymously (i.e. without the photographer´s name).
- Our general terms and conditions for uploading images apply (e.g. add model release if people are displayed)
